Our Community Collaboratives are designed to address challenges facing our local communities by bringing together a diverse group of leaders to focus on finding solutions and providing support. We work with these cross-organizational teams on their personal and team leadership skills while addressing a real-world problem that has the potential for impacting and benefitting the communities in which these leaders live. The skills, perspectives and networking opportunities provide leaders with new approaches and thinking that help not only their communities, but also their organizations.
